Deborah Adams Marsh Esq. is Chief Executive Officer and Chairwoman of the Board of Directors of Infosec Mates.

Deborah has been leading Information Security and Compliance Programs for over 20 years for some of the leading organizations in the United States. Following the 2008 Financial Crisis, Deborah lead a Global program across Latin America, Singapore, Europe and North America for a leading bank to implement controls for IT expend across the bank.

Prior to becoming CEO Deborah owned Ruby Ivy Consulting a small minority owned IT Consulting company where she had extensive experience leading engagements in the both the public and private sector. As an Attorney, she worked with companies for their compliance with the Global Data Protection Regulation.

Deborah is licensed to practice law in both Maryland and Florida.

Chip Regan is the AutoNation Chief Information Security Officer (CISO). AutoNation a Fortune 500© company with 26,000 Associates, over 300 locations across 18 states and is America’s largest and most recognized automotive retailer. Chip is responsible for the Information Security Program, including strategy, architecture, program management, operations, threat management, access management and training. Through his leadership, he is implementing a multi-year roadmap resulting in elevated levels of security and significantly reduced vulnerabilities to systems, applications, and customer data. Chip was most recently Vice President, CISO at JM Family Enterprises, the parent company of South East Toyota Distributors (SET).

Prior to JM Family, Chip was CISO at United Shore Financial Services, Global CyberSecurity Operations Manager at General Motors, and served in the United States Air Force where he commanded an Information Warfare unit and was the Chief of the Information Assurance division at Air Force Space Command. Chip is a retired Major with 23 years of service.

Chip has more than 35 years’ experience in Information Technology, with 22 years focused on leading Information Security teams.

Parag Deodhar is a seasoned risk management professional. He is a Chartered Accountant, Certified Information Systems Auditor from ISACA, US and Certified Fraud Examiner from ACFE, US.

Parag has over 20 years’ experience in Enterprise Risk Management, specializing in Cyber Security, Fraud Risk Management, Operational Risk and Business Continuity. He has worked in leadership roles with multinational companies like AXA Group, KPMG, Deutsche Bank and Mahindra-British Telecom.Parag has been an advisor for the CSO Forum, member of the BCM and Risk Management Committee of Confederation of Indian Industry and the president of the ACFE Bangalore Chapter.

Parag is currently an advisor for the CISO Hub, Mentor for the Cyber portfolio of India Accelerator and APAC Advisory Board member for EC-Council Certified Application Security Engineer program.
Parag is currently the APAC Director for Cyber Security and Risk Management for an US multinational company and is based in Hong Kong.
